Nurse Clinical Manager – Urgent Care
Compensation: $65–$70/hour ($135,000 – $145,000 annually, depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, in-person; primarily Monday–Friday schedule
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations within a high-acuity urgent care setting. This is a newly created leadership role designed to strengthen clinical oversight, operational efficiency, and team development across a growing urgent care service line. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong emergency department experience and a passion for team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across urgent care services
- Supervise and support RNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants
- Lead staffing coordination and collaborate on physician scheduling and clinic operations
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop clinical staff, promoting accountability and teamwork
- Support workflow optimization and operational improvements
- Maintain clinical quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Emergency Department experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- BSN preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environment
