Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Direct Hire)
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $35.50/hour
Schedule: 24/7 operation; rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
About the Role
Join the launch of a brand‑new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This role offers hands‑on work with advanced robotics, high‑speed conveyor systems, and modern automation in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be critical to equipment reliability, uptime, and overall operational performance from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Install, calibrate, and optimize automated equipment
- Support a high‑volume 24/7 operation
- Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with automated conveyors, robotics, or industrial automation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience
- CMMS experience
- Strong preventive maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of controls and safety standards

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
