Maintenance Technician – Industrial Manufacturing
Our client, a fast-paced manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and plant mechanical systems, developing long-term, sustainable solutions</li>
<li>Complete assigned work orders efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation using maintenance software and logs</li>
<li>Assist with equipment changeovers and production line startups, resolving issues as they arise</li>
<li>Collaborate across departments with strong communication skills</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance processes and efficiency</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial setting</li>
<li>Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics</li>
<li>Experience with PLC troubleshooting (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
