Starting Pay: $25-$28 per hour
Location: Evansville, IN

American Window and Glass LLC is looking for an Electrical Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our high-performing team in Evansville, IN!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly
• Fabricate or modify parts and perform stick welding as needed
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and prevent downtime before it happens
• Repair motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components
• Read schematics and blueprints to safely resolve electrical issues
• Complete work orders and document repairs accurately
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operations
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external partners

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics)
• Strong mechanical background working with motors, pumps, and conveyor systems
• Fabrication experience and stick welding ability
• Working knowledge of industrial maintenance practices
• Preferred: Industrial electrical experience and safe troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read prints, communicate clearly, and work efficiently
