Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students, educators, and families to provide assessments, interventions, and strategies that promote growth in fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills. Your contributions will help ensure students are prepared for success both in and out of the classroom.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric OT principles and practices
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in dynamic educational environments
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs related to academic and functional performance
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions for individuals or small groups
- Maintain accurate service records and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations
- Educate staff and families on strategies and accommodations to further student success during the ESY session
