Job Title: Production & Manufacturing Associate
Location: Carson City, Nevada
Job Type: Contract to Hire
🕒 Available Shifts:
Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:00 PM
Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Overview:
We’re hiring across multiple departments including Quality Control, Assembly, Material Handling, and SMT Operations. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities May Include:
- Performing visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products
- Assembling electronic or mechanical parts using hand tools and equipment
- Handling and organizing materials and inventory
- Operating SMT machines and related equipment
- Using measurement tools and test equipment to verify product specifications
- Documenting results and reporting any issues or non-conformances
- Collaborating with team members to resolve production or quality concerns
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of electronics, manufacturing, or warehouse processes
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
- Familiarity with diagrams or schematics is a plus
- Willingness to learn soldering, wiring, troubleshooting, or machine operation
- Comfortable using or learning test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, etc.)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Interest or experience in electronics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations (training provided!)
- Ability to follow instructions and use basic hand tools
- Reliable and eager to learn new skills across departments
💵 Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00/hr
