Job Description

BryceTech is currently looking for a Communication Specialist - Senior. This position will be supporting DEVCOM CBC. This role will provide communications, marketing and media support to Government project leads for CONUS and OCONUS missions, to include travel when needed.

The Person in this role will:

  • Design and execute multi-platform communication campaigns to advance strategic objectives and public awareness.
  • Cultivate media partnerships, drafting compelling press materials, op-eds, and executive messaging for high-profile initiatives.
  • Develop risk and crisis communication plans, including rapid-response templates and stakeholder notification protocols.
  • Direct the creation of visual and written content—infographics, videos, articles—ensuring brand coherence and narrative impact.
  • Analyze audience metrics, social sentiment, and engagement data, applying insights to optimize messaging effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of designers, writers, and digital specialists to produce integrated outreach strategies.
  • Advise senior leadership on communication opportunities, reputational risks, and stakeholder perceptions.
  • Oversee editorial calendars, content approvals, and publication workflows across multiple channels.
  • Manage vendor contracts for external agencies, evaluating deliverable quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeline adherence.

Represent the organization at conferences, panels, and industry forums, delivering presentations that articulate key messages.

Qualifications

The experience and certification requirements listed below are essential to successfully perform the tasks above:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in strategic communications.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and manage high-visibility media interactions.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools and content management systems
