What you'll do:

As an HVAC Residential Warranty Technician at Wolfer’s, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, taking the time to ask the right questions and really listen to their concerns to make sure their comfort is our top priority. You’ll put your technical skills to work, using your problem-solving abilities to fix whatever comes up within the first year after install. You’ll also use your technical expertise to correct any failed inspections that come through from the jurisdictions our customer's live in.

Who and what we are looking for:

  • Communicative: Not only will you call your customer's when you are on the way, but you will talk them through what the process will be for fixing whatever issue(s) they have encountered.
  • Resourcefulness: We expect that you will use all the resources you have available to overcome any challenge(s) you come across. We pride ourselves on fixing the problem the first time so there are no call backs!
  • Strong time management: We will aim to help 3-5 customers a day, we look to you to manage your time effectively to ensure you're tracking well on time despite what lies ahead for that day.
  • Positive mindset: Own your daily responsibilities with a positive outlook and know that you can maintain a positive mentality despite the challenges you come up against in the field.

What you will have:

  • Ideally, you’ve got 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
  • EPA Universal Certification is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
  • A person who is great at connecting with customers and really listens to their needs.
  • An eagerness to learn.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable working independently to get the job done on your own.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must.
