Location: Napa, CA

Job Summary

Rehabilitation Registered Nurse needed for an inpatient rehab setting in Napa, CA. Responsible for providing direct patient care to rehab patients recovering from medical, surgical, and orthopedic conditions. The role includes monitoring patient progress, assisting with mobility and recovery plans, and supporting safe discharge planning in a small rehab unit.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (California)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Rehab, Med/Surg, or Orthopedic experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Ability to float to Med/Surg and Orthopedic units
• Willingness to work every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient rehabilitation nursing care
• Monitor patient condition and recovery progress
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assist with mobility, therapy coordination, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with rehab and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure patient safety and quality care standards
