If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex geospatial challenges, and want your work to directly influence policy decisions and global mission success, this role is for you.

  • Identify emerging tools, data sources, and technologies to enhance Human Geography awareness and collaboration across the IC, DoD, and Civil Agencies.

Technical Collaboration

  • Participate in technical exchanges with government counterparts, international partners, and contract teams-both locally and across global mission areas.

Primary Responsibilities (Cartography Focus)

  • Work within a blended government/contractor team supporting Electronic Nautical Chart (ENC) conversion, production, and review.
  • Support mission areas involving Digital Nautical Chart (DNC) and ENC conversion workflows.
  • Perform cartographic and GIS analysis using rasterized nautical charts, digital hydrographic survey data, and ortho-rectified imagery.
  • Extract, attribute, and validate features for hydrographic products and NGA databases.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of GEOINT experience
  • Strong background in geography, cartography, and GIS
  • Proficiency with ArcGIS applications
  • Understanding of digital cartography and NGA production formats
  • Experience analyzing imagery and non-imagery data for hydrographic environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Nautical Maritime domains
  • Familiarity with maritime charting, ENC workflows, and hydrographic data
