Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled Cath Lab duties, including complex diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Utilize independent judgment to apply learned methodologies aligned with established policies.
- Support orientation and ongoing development of new and existing Cath Lab staff through precepting.
- Serve as a role model for clinical proficiency, patient safety, and evidence-based practices.
- Assist with onboarding new physicians and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Participate in rotating call, weekend, holiday, and floating assignments as needed.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Current certification from ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist).
- Proven ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for precepting and staff development.
