While caseload specifics are being finalized, you can expect a dynamic mix across elementary, middle, and high school levels with opportunities for professional growth and daily impact.

Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Active Washington State SLP license
Previous experience in school settings preferred
Flexibility and creativity in building student connections and managing varied caseloads
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
Engage in ongoing professional development and training
