In-person professionals are needed for three full-time positions serving K-12 students in a supportive, collaborative environment. With a focus on in-person engagement, virtual or teletherapy options are not being considered for this opening.

As part of a dedicated team, you will play a key role in helping students develop essential communication skills, crafting individualized strategies to support a diverse student population. While caseload specifics are being finalized, you can expect a dynamic mix across elementary, middle, and high school levels with opportunities for professional growth and daily impact.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Active Washington State SLP license
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Flexibility and creativity in building student connections and managing varied caseloads
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training
