While caseload specifics are being finalized, you can expect a dynamic mix across elementary, middle, and high school levels with opportunities for professional growth and daily impact.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Flexibility and creativity in building student connections and managing varied caseloads
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
