Superintendent – Office Tenant Improvements
 
We have partnered with a leading Southern California General Contractor to identify a skilled Superintendent to oversee:
 
<ul>
<li>Office Tenant Improvements (T.I.)</li>
<li>Renovations</li>
<li>Special Projects</li>
<li>Smaller ground-up builds</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation &amp; Benefits:
 
<ul>
<li>Up to $150K annual salary</li>
<li>Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)</li>
<li>ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)</li>
<li>Truck allowance</li>
</ul>
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on office tenant improvements</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget</li>
</ul>
 
Location:

<li>Work across Los Angeles (LA) and Orange County (OC)</li>
