Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) Mental Health Therapist

Ellie Mental Health Clinton Township is seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our team. This role allows you to do what you love help clients thrive while also offering the opportunity to supervise LLPCs if thats an area youd like to grow into.

What Youll Do
- Provide therapy for children (12+), teens, families, and adults
- Evaluate, diagnose, and maintain treatment plans
- Deliver excellent client care with creativity and innovation
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-based culture
- Opportunity to Supervise and mentor LLPCs
- Partner with the Clinic Director as the clinic grows
What Were Looking For
- Masters degree in counseling or related field
- Active LPC license in Michigan (full clinical licensure required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience in private practice strongly preferred
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
- Comfort working with diverse populations (children, teens a plus)
- Tech-savvy (Office 365 & EHR experience; Valant is a plus)
- Healthy boundaries and professional presence
Expectations
- Full-time caseload averaging 25 client sessions per week
- In-office counseling required at least 4 days/week
- Regular 1:1s with Clinical Director + monthly team meetings
