Job DescriptionDirector of Case Management

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Rotating Weekends (7–10 hour administrative shifts)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $135,004 – $202,555 (commensurate with experience)

  • Annual Incentive Bonus: 17.5%

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

  • Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Role Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Director of Case Management for an exciting job in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Required QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration (preferred)

Licensure (One Required)

  • Registered Nurse (RN), or

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or

  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care hospital Case Management experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of Case Management leadership experience

  • Proven success leading large teams in complex hospital environments

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute action plans independently

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational Leadership

  • Direct and evaluate hospital-wide Case Management operations

  • Lead staffing strategy, productivity management, and performance outcomes

  • Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce length of stay and improve patient throughput

  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends and implement corrective action plans

Clinical & Regulatory Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Oversee utilization review, care coordination, and discharge planning processes

  • Maintain consistent documentation standards and best practices

Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner with executive leadership, physicians, ancillary leaders, Legal, and Compliance

  • Strengthen relationships with post-acute providers and community resources

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and executive representative for Case Management services

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors

  • Foster accountability, engagement, and professional development

  • Promote a culture of trust, adaptability, and high performance
