About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2006 and is a close-knit team of five who take pride in helping our customers and supporting one another. Im a third-generation State Farm agent, and the business has always been a part of my life. That legacy has shaped the way I run the office, with a strong focus on service, relationships, and long-term success.

Outside of the office, I love to travel and experience new places. Im also heavily involved in the community and various charitable efforts, staying active and giving back whenever I can.

We offer a range of perks to support both work and life outside the office, including 15 days of PTO, a 3 p.m. close on Fridays, family-friendly flexibility, and free snacks. Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
