Job Title: Sorter - 1st Shift

Job Description

The Production Sorter plays a crucial role in maintaining quality control by conducting inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring that the finished product meets customer specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of in-process materials and finished products to meet customer specifications.
  • Advise the Shift Supervisor and Production Floor Associates when inspection results do not meet customer specifications.
  • Replenish supplies and materials required for assigned areas.
  • Support and follow the guidelines of the Safe Quality Food (SQF) program.
  • Perform tasks that require standing, stooping, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in sorting or general labor.
  • 1-2 years of job tenure in previous roles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
