Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district near Aurora, CO, is proactively preparing for the 2026-2027 school year by recruiting skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students across multiple grade levels and learning environments. This contract role provides an excellent opportunity to work full-time and on-site in Elementary, Middle, and High School settings, with caseloads and specific site assignments determined through interview discussions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy services across diverse school settings
  • Collaborating with educators and support staff to create and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to student needs
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress in alignment with established educational and therapy goals
  • Participating in team meetings and consultations to optimize student outcomes

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy licensure and credentials appropriate for school-based practice
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments, including Elementary, Middle, and High School levels
  • Demonstrated ability to provide 1:1 therapy services with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with educational regulations and collaborative interdisciplinary approaches

Location: Aurora, Colorado local and travel applicants welcome. Candidates may qualify for tax-free weekly stipends to support travel needs.
