ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent quality clinical care on a frequent, recurring basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind's culture, values, and guiding principles Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50 patients per week / around 8-12 per day (Caseload numbers may vary based on clinical judgment, patient needs, etc.).Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans.Curate comprehensive patient-centered treatment plans and provide resources as needed.Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.) with proper Psychopharmacology prescribing practices.Appropriately prescribe medication prescriptions & refills, considering the best judgment of the patient's well-being.Provides clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a tele-health environment.Provide clinical guidance and valued input to patients and peers.Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation. Compensation & Employment Details Pay Range: $220,000 to $300,000 base salary Pay Type: Salary Bonus Terms: Potential to earn up to $2,000 per quarter, based on clinical model and performance metrics. Department: Psychiatry Supervisor: Medical Director Supervisees: None Employment Status: Full Time Exemption Status: Exempt W-2 Work Environment: Remote or Hybrid option in NYC Work Schedule We collaborate with each provider to determine a mutually beneficial and sustainable schedule. Our focus is to develop a supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and the providers' preferences. To support accessible care, we ask providers to include at least four hours per week in the evenings (after 5 pm) or on weekends. We collaborate with each provider to ensure these hours are aligned with individual preferences and sustainable schedules.Our operating hours are M-F: 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm.On-call is not required, but checking and responding to emails on unscheduled days is required unless on PTO.Having a consistent weekly schedule is necessary, but start and end times per day can be different each day of the week, as a set recurring schedule. Your schedule will be determined with you before starting the role. We appreciate the dedication and care our providers bring to their work and the patients they serve. Occasional flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient needs or support the growth of your caseload—such as scheduling initial consultations, managing urgent concerns, coordinating care with the broader team, and completing other responsibilities.
