Job Profile
We are looking for two professional Customer Service Representatives with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidates will be responsible for day-to-day account support, and will be an integral part of our team, working to enhance the customer’s experience in a positive manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Entering, processing, and coordinating all account orders received by telephone, fax, e-mail.
- Provide regular status reports and summaries as required (open orders, late deliveries, cancellations).
- Plan and track shipments of orders and shipments according to customer requirements.
- Providing knowledgeable answers, in a timely and efficient manner, to all incoming customers’ inquiries pertaining to product, pricing, availability and back orders.
- Problem-solving and regular follow-up for order status questions, resolve product returns and deliveries inquiries.
- Collaborating and ensuring coordination with the Sales team.

-Develop relationships within the WI location, as well as sales team to ensure a customer focused partnership

-Act as a pivot customer service team member between business units (Plastixx & BP)

-Dedication to support customer overall satisfaction

-Monitor inventory to align with internal practices and provide reports and support to end user, and sales
- Additional administrative tasks (to help various departments based on current business requirements)

Experience and Job Requirements
- College diploma preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service, some B2B experience is necessary.
- Experience working with Epicor or SAP BusinessOne or other ERP software. Epicor preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills are required. (verbal and written)
- To be highly organized and detail oriented.
- To be a creative problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data entry and reporting skills.
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset.

-Ability to work independently- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time


Monday-Friday 8am-4pm CST
40 Hours per Week
