We are looking for competitive driven individuals to join our growing team in our Tampa Office! If you are the right fit for us, you will be passionate about sales and account management! This Position is about being a healthcare advisor and showing the client their options for coverage.
As a Benefits Consultant you will be meeting with new and existing clients who are exploring their health benefit options and often looking for a professional for guidance and understanding.
This industry is one of the fastest growing in the country and offers exceptional career growth, incredible income potential, and advancement opportunities. No experience required to apply, you are provided a training period where you will learn from some of the best in the business.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with new and existing clients virtually or in person
- Present and explain coverage options using company provided software
- Assist individuals in selecting appropriate insurance plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with client
- Meet personal production goals and objectives as established
- Follow up with client referrals and schedule sales appointments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:
