Home Health Clinical Manager Assistant – Dependable Home Health
The Home Health Clinical Manager Assistant supports the daily administrative and clinical operations of the home health program in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. This role involves coordinating staff schedules, monitoring documentation and clinical productivity, participating in daily stand-up calls, and tracking quality metrics.
The Clinical Manager Assistant ensures that home health services are effectively coordinated, compliant with all regulations, and meet the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Work under the direction of the Clinical Manager to coordinate daily administrative and clinical functions for home health services while maintaining ethical and professional conduct

Monitor quality components of home health services, including documentation completion, scheduling, visit frequencies, and complaint tracking

Assist with data collection, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives

Support retention, orientation, and training of clinical staff

Collaborate with the Clinical Manager on on-call, weekend, and per diem staffing schedules

Accurately document clinical and administrative activities

Track and report incidents and medication errors to leadership

Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with state and federal regulations

Ensure compliance with home health protocols and recommend improvements as needed

Adhere to Dependable Home Health policies, procedures, and productivity standards

Demonstrate professional values, positive communication, and respectful interactions with patients, families, and team members
Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

Two years of home health or hospice experience as an LPN strongly preferred

Prior supervisory experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members

Professional demeanor and ability to work with diverse populations
