Key Responsibilities:
- Lead general accounting, cost accounting, and month-end close.
- Produce accurate, timely financial statements for executive review.
- Manage audits, maintain compliance with GAAP, and strengthen internal controls.
- Develop cash flow forecasts and analyze variances to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations to align financial strategies with production goals.
Who we're looking for:
- CPA and Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years in accounting/finance, with strong manufacturing experience.
- Expertise in cost accounting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
