Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 a year

What You Can Expect:

  • Sign on Bonus up to $10K

  • Competitive salary: $85,000-$100,000 based on experience

Your Day-to-Day Role:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Oversee ABA programming for center-based clients

  • Supervise and support RBTs in real-time

  • Collaborate with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Monitor progress through data collection and analysis

  • Contribute to a positive and professional center culture

What You'll Bring:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • North Carolina LBA license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Experience in center-based or early intervention settings (preferred)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • A commitment to ethical, child-centered care
