What You Can Expect:

Sign on Bonus up to $10K
Competitive salary: $85,000-$100,000 based on experience

Your Day-to-Day Role:

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee ABA programming for center-based clients
Supervise and support RBTs in real-time
Collaborate with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
Contribute to a positive and professional center culture

What You'll Bring:

Active BCBA certification
North Carolina LBA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in center-based or early intervention settings (preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A commitment to ethical, child-centered care
