A strong leader in the insurance industry is looking to add a Claims Assistant to the team! In this role, you will have the chance to earn your Property & Casualty license and work in a supportive environment.

Key Skills to Succeed:
- Experience - 2 years of insurance experience
- License - Property & Casualty License is a plus, or get the chance to earn one while working at the agency
- Administrative Experience - Collaborate with team members, ensuring excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Software - Microsoft Office, and other claims management systems. Experience with EPIC is a plus!
The Core Responsibilities:
- Organize new mail and scan it into the appropriate file
- Ensure heavy documentation and paperwork are completed
- Review all claims materials (incoming and outgoing documents)
- Manage the documentation of information to ensure all necessary paperwork is finalized.
- Research insurance claims to determine possible coverage controversy.
