Job DescriptionProduction Supervisor – 2nd ShiftWe are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift production team members while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role supports daily operations and helps achieve site production goals.Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise and support a team of 28–30 employees</li>
<li>Assign labor, materials, and equipment to meet production targets</li>
<li>Promote safety, food safety, and quality standards</li>
<li>Adjust schedules, approve timecards, and review time-off requests</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards</li>
<li>Coordinate with Maintenance and HR/Safety as needed</li>
<li>Maintain clean and organized work areas</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Food manufacturing experience preferred</li>
<li>Associate’s degree or higher preferred</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills</li>
</ul>
Position Details:
