Oliver Finley Academy in Boise, Idaho is seeking a FT or PT Licensed Esthetics Instructor. Come join our growing company and help us achieve the high standards of education we desire for our students. Day and Evening shifts available (or combo)
A sincere passion for Esthetics and a desire to help others gain a wonderful education in the field is what we're looking for above all.
Experience with general software programs like Microsoft office products, Salon/school management software and Freedom/Fame is also desirable. Technology is definitely a large part of our Academy so a general comfort level with computers, iPads and peripheral computer products is helpful.
Required personal traits include poise, diplomacy, an even-temper, patience, and behavioral flexibility.
Clear communication and effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are also desirable qualities. At minimum three years of performance as an Esthetician in the public field are necessary to apply for this position.
We run both Day and Evening Esthetics programs. Ability to work some evening shifts is helpful
