Get Linked up LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and support our dynamic sales team. The Sales Team Manager's ultimate goal should be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, developing team members, and ensuring team spirit. This position will oversee and coordinate the sales team activities, establish sales territories, quotas, and goals, and establish training programs.
Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage
Distribute daily/weekly lead list and territories
Set goals, track performance, and report results
Supervise sales reps in the field and provide sales coaching
Ensure proper follow up on all leads and customer inquires
Monitor contracts, pricing, and deal closures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Motivate the team to hit targets and maintain a positive sales culture
The ideal candidate would have sales experience in roofing, car sales, door to door etc.
Strong leadership skills, Ability to analyze sales metrics
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
Compensation is Base plus commission
Reliable and has to have personal transportation
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting projections for each sales representative for each working area while maintaining customer-focused selling techniques.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales team meetings to monitor the progress of the sales program and participate in motivational activities.
- Coach sales team members and oversee their individual sales pipelines to ensure targets are being met.
- Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
- Proven ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- Strong communication and IT fluency. Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, excellent negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
