Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Controller to oversee key financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for our organization. This role involves managing general ledger activities, preparing financial statements, and conducting budget analyses to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach and a strong ability to execute audits and year-end closings effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports in alignment with organizational standards.
• Analyze budgets and provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Conduct audits to evaluate and improve financial processes and controls.
• Execute year-end closing procedures and ensure all accounts are reconciled.
• Develop and deliver ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the President.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
• Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger systems and processes.
• CPA certification is required.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and auditing procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
