Membership Director
Intown Golf Club (IGC) is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people who appreciate the game of golf. IGC is seeking a Membership Director to join our team in preparation for our [Insert Location]. The Membership Director will be responsible for building a strong club membership and culture.
Membership Director Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, interview, and accept applicants into the club
- Ongoing communications with applicants as well as new members
- Conduct calls, in-person meetings, and tours pre-open and post-open
- Coordinate prospective membership events pre-open and post-open
- Report on membership analytics and progress to the corporate team every week
- Work with marketing team to drive demand with prospective members
- Knowledge of club operations to provide cross-functional support across departments as needed
Membership Director Qualifications:
- Self-starter with 3+ years of experience in sales
- Strong sense of urgency, and highly responsive
- Proficient in CRM databases
- Clear communication skills via email and phone
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Effective time management skills
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized
- 4-year undergrad or equivalent
- Golf background or knowledge is preferred
