We provide individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to kids with autism. We care deeply about doing right by our clients — and by the people who show up for them every day.
About the RBT Role You'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, running ABA programs under BCBA supervision. It's hands-on, it's meaningful, and if you're the right fit, you'll have real room to grow here.
What You'll Do

Run ABA therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings

Target communication, social, and daily living skills

Keep accurate session data and documentation

Follow behavior intervention plans and handle challenging behaviors as they come up

Work closely with BCBAs and families
What We're Looking For

Active RBT certification in good standing

At least 6 months of ABA experience

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay & Perks

$19–$24/hour based on experience

Automatic raises — $0.50 every 6 months, no cap
