Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. $40,000 - $50,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
- Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
- Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
- Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
- Work a scheduled 40-hour work week to prospect, clients,
- Attend training/coaching sessions
- Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
Qualifications:
- Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent phone skills- strong closer to setting appointments
- Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
- Excellent Customer service and listening abilities
- Strong relationship-building know-how
- Highly-organized and detail-oriented
- Able to meet and exceed goals
- Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software
