Job Summary Aluminum Arts of Arkansas is a locally owned, family-run custom metal fabrication shop specializing in gates, fences, railings, and decorative ironwork. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Lead to help guide customers from the first meeting through a completed project quote.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Meet with customers on-site to discuss project ideas and take initial measurements</li>
<li>Learn how to estimate and bid custom gates, fences, railings, and specialty ironwork</li>
<li>Translate customer needs into accurate project quotes</li>
<li>Contact suppliers to get pricing for bids</li>
<li>Prepare and send bids using our estimating software</li>
<li>Communicate with customers throughout the quoting process</li>
<li>Work closely with the shop and office team to ensure smooth project hand-off</li>

Skills
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and people skills</li>
<li>Willingness to learn custom metalwork estimating and bidding</li>
<li>Comfortable visiting job sites and taking measurements</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (training provided on estimating program)</li>
<li>Sales, construction, or trade experience is a plus, but not required</li>
