Project Manager – Renewable Infrastructure | Greater Boston (Hybrid)
Brightsmith Group is proud to present a unique opportunity with a fast-growing renewable energy company advancing the circular economy through food and agricultural waste-to-energy projects. Backed by a leading infrastructure investor, this organization is scaling nationally and seeking a Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects from design through construction and transition to operations.
This is a high-impact role for a mission-driven professional with strong project leadership skills and a desire to make a tangible difference in the climate and energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate permitting, procurement, and utility integration
- Oversee successful transition to operations
Qualifications
- 5–10 years’ experience with a top GC or developer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- PMP and OSHA 30 preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in the Weston, MA area 3–4 days/week
This is a full-time role with competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Travel up to 25% is expected.
