Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager with experience in the pizza sector and/or restaurant equipment industry. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our dealer network, and building strong relationships with restaurant owners across the USA and Canada.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with proven success in the foodservice equipment market, comfortable with frequent travel and hands-on client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand market presence in the USA and Canada.
- Identify and recruit new dealers, distributors, and partners.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and decision-makers to promote our pizza ovens and equipment.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and trade show participation.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the pizza, foodservice, or restaurant equipment industry.
- Strong network of contacts among dealers, distributors, and/or restaurant owners is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently (average 2–3 days per week) across USA & Canada.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
- Valid driver’s license and passport required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $4,000 net/month base salary
- 5% commission on the net price of every sale
- Travel expenses covered
