Pay Rate: $20/hr (10% shift differential = $22/hr)

**Job Summary:
**
Machine Operator is responsible for operating our newly expanded automated CNC equipment where we produce aluminum frames for our LED displays. The right candidate will work diligently to assure that all products are manufactured with integrity and free of error.
**Responsibilities:
**
<ul>
<li>Properly startup and shutdown CNC equipment</li>
<li>Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts</li>
<li>Diligently monitor machine performance, performance basic troubleshooting activities and escalate issues</li>
<li>Manually deburr parts and manually assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw guns</li>
<li>Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work-cell</li>
<li>Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed</li>
<li>Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
**Qualifications:
**
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>1 year of manufacturing/machine operation experience</li>
<li>CNC experience preferred</li>
</ul>
