Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in townhome construction to oversee all aspects of our residential projects in Issaquah. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while leading on-site crews and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of townhome construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage on-site crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity and quality.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, ensuring milestones are met.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on construction best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in townhome or multi-family residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
