Opportunity Overview:

• The physician will join a well-established outpatient Family Medicine practice located in Muskegon, Michigan.
• Collaboration will be with a dedicated care team that includes 4 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
• This practice emphasizes a procedure-oriented outpatient approach, offering services such as skin procedures, joint injections, and other typical Family Medicine treatments.
• The physician will work a full-time schedule (1.0 FTE), typically comprising 4 to 4.5 clinic days each week.
• Clinic hours are as follows: Monday to Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM.
• The office operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
• Call responsibilities are shared and unrestricted, rotating among Family Medicine providers in the network, averaging only a few weeknights and weekends per year, along with one rotating holiday.

Qualifications:

• Open to both new graduates and experienced candidates.
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible, with the expectation to achieve board certification within two years of becoming board eligible.
• A valid State of Michigan medical license is required at the time of employment.
• A DEA license is necessary.
• BLS Certification is required, with ongoing recertification needed.
