Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school in Medford, NJ, within a kindergarten inclusion classroom setting. This contract role is expected to cover the current school year and requires expertise in special education to support students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized instruction tailored to students unique learning plans.
• Collaborating with general education teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and staff.
• Supporting social and emotional development alongside academic growth.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working in an elementary school setting, preferably with kindergarten students.
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and inclusive teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting all learners.
