Job Responsibilities:
- Inputting journal entries throughout the month according to the month-end schedule
- Conducting necessary balance sheet reconciliations at month-end
- Reconciling multiple bank accounts
- Performing compensation calculations
- Filing tax forms with state and local governments
- Reviewing financial statements
- Executing check runs
- Calculating and recording depreciation
- Assisting in the integration of new acquisitions
- Compiling annual audit requests
- Providing support for various special projects as they arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of three years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Preference for candidates with healthcare industry experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a solid computer background
