Magda Care Services LLC is looking for caring and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized in-home support services for patients and families. This role focuses on assisting clients with personal care and helping improve their quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

<li>Provide personal care and hygiene assistance</li>
<li>Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities</li>
<li>Offer companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean and safe home environment</li>
<li>Observe and report patient concerns to supervising staff</li>
</ul>

Requirements
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Florida or equivalent training/experience</li>
<li>CPR/BLS certification preferred</li>
<li>Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach</li>
<li>Strong communication and caregiving skills</li>
<li>Ability to provide in-home support and personal care services</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in home care or caregiver services</li>
<li>Experience working with seniors, post-surgery patients, or individuals with disabilities</li>
<li>Familiarity with home care safety practices</li>
<li>2 years working experience on the same field</li>
