What you’ll do as an IT Business Analyst:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions at IP Corporation. This role will work closely with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, IT, and commercial teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support efficiency, innovation, and growth across the organization.

What you can expect to do as an IT Business Analyst:

  • Business Process Improvement:
    1. Analyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiency, cost savings, and improved service delivery.
    2. Support the optimization of supply chain, manufacturing, and administrative processes.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
    1. Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements for IT system enhancements, ERP initiatives, and process changes.
    2. Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable project plans.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    1. Analyze key business data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
    2. Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for management and operational teams.
  • Project Support & Coordination:
    1. Assist in managing cross-functional projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
    2. Work closely with IT and external vendors on system updates, implementations, and troubleshooting.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    1. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation setting.
    2. Support change management efforts by documenting and communicating process improvements and system changes.

What we are looking for in an IT Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business processes and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

The annual salary range below is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.

Pay Transparency Range

$90,000.00 — $110,000.00 USD
