A nursing opportunity is available for experienced RNs specializing in ICU and IMC level care at a long-term acute care hospital setting. This contract position is located in Anson, TX, offering a night shift schedule that allows for a focused work-life balance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license with ICU nursing experience
- Minimum of 2 years in acute care nursing, specifically ICU and Intermediate Care (IMC) levels
- Required certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Comfortable managing patient ratios up to 1:5 in ICU/MS patient flow settings

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to ICU and IMC patients following evidence-based protocols

- Manage patient flow with a focus on safety and efficiency, maintaining a patient-to-nurse ratio of up to 1:5
- Work night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) with weekend scheduling every other weekend

- This is a contracted role based in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH)
