  • Participate in Material Review Boards (MRBs) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Identify and address deviations impacting design intent and safety
  • Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore product integrity
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams

What You BringRequired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or related field
  • 9+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s, or PhD with experience)
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work onsite 100% and flexibility to support assigned shift
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production support environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven hands-on problem-solving ability in technical settings
  • Familiarity with aerospace systems or regulated industries
