Instructional Aide (Per Diem) Peachtree Corners, GA

Responsibilities:
- Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classrooms
- Provide individualized or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), when applicable
- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Ability to complete TB test per district requirements
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
- Current required clearances or willingness to obtain before starting
Preferred Experience:
- Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certifications beneficial but not required
- Dependable, patient, and team-oriented approach
