What You'll Do
• Drive Growth: Proactively identify and hunt new B2B opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and design custom technology roadmaps.
• Relationship Management: Act as a long-term partner for your clients, ensuring their technology evolves with their business.
• Market Leadership: Monitor industry trends and implement sales best practices to consistently exceed monthly and annual quotas.
What You Bring
• Proven Track Record: 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a history of hitting/surpassing quotas.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to speak confidently about networking, security, and telecommunications.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You possess the "grace under pressure" needed to manage a remote pipeline and work independently.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can command a room and draft a compelling proposal.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
