Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing diverse caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Implement treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
