At Lifepoint Rehabilitation, we’re looking for a dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our community-based healthcare facility. Here, you’ll play a vital role in providing therapeutic services that assist patients in recovering their speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing skills.

About Us

Formerly known as Towanda Memorial Hospital, our facility is now a proud satellite campus of Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, located just 17 miles north in Sayre, PA. Since joining Guthrie in April 2015, we have been committed to serving Bradford and Sullivan counties, ensuring easy access to clinical services for our surrounding communities. Our facility also offers long-term care services, featuring a 68-bed skilled nursing unit and a 94-bed personal care home.

Your Impact

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be instrumental in helping our patients recover and feel confident in their abilities. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Empower Patients: Provide therapy that maximizes speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate patient progress and challenges to supervisors and team members, assisting with scheduling and daily record-keeping.
• Documentation: Ensure patient care is documented in line with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
• Family Guidance: Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs to support patient recovery.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe work environment and equipment.
• Compliance: Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and all applicable laws.
• Flexibility: Take on additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
