Department: Human ResourcesKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the onsite interview process
- Verify completion and accuracy of application paperwork
- Administer candidate testing and assessments
- Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and processes
- Collect and organize employee documentation as directed
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of basic HR functions; previous experience in an HR role preferred
