Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day initiation, coordination, and execution of marketing, creative, media, and research projects for assigned clients. Serving as the primary client contact, the Account Manager represents the interests of the brand within the agency and ensures all work aligns with strategic objectives, quality standards, and established processes. Depending on project complexity or workload, the Account Supervisor or Account Director may assume select responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with daily client contacts.

Serve as a reliable, proactive partner who ensures client needs are understood, communicated, and met.
Project & Account Management

Lead the execution of all client projects, collaborating with the Account Supervisor/Director on project scoping, documentation, and pricing.

Participate in the development and approval of creative briefs.

Review all client-facing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and alignment with the brief.

Schedule and manage workflow across Creative, Media, and other internal teams, ensuring adherence to established processes.

Partner with internal team leads to prioritize projects and allocate resources appropriately.

Monitor media plans to ensure space reservations, materials, and client approvals are delivered on schedule.

Assist in preparing monthly performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Financial Management

Review P&L for assigned clients, lines of business, or divisions.

Manage project budgets and oversee monthly invoicing processes.

Support development and maintenance of financial forecasts.
Business Development & Growth

Contribute to new project proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.

Participate in the development and implementation of organic growth strategies within assigned accounts.

Support initiatives aimed at expanding client relationships through new projects and value-added recommendations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience working in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
